Refund policy
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned or exchanged items must have tags still on.
- Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return/exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and or exchange.
- You will then be advised when your return/exchange has been processed and what day and time to collect from the Merchandise Container.
